Laboratory Mixer

The Laboratory Mixer is a compact and practical mixing machine designed for powder coating development, laboratory testing, small-batch trials, and process verification. It provides a convenient solution for mixing different raw materials and formulations before subsequent processing such as extrusion and grinding. The Laboratory Mixer allows operators and R&D personnel to conduct tests with relatively less quantities of material and adjust the mixing process according to actual test results. The effective volume of the premixer is 300kg-1200kg/tank, and the part of contact with materialis 304 stainless steel. The interior part is polished and the cover has a boost when it is opened(or pneumatic lifting)
