High Speed Mixer

The High Speed Mixer is a professional mixing machine designed for efficient blending of powder coatings and other powder materials. It is suitable for applications ranging from medium-sized batches to larger production batches. It is also widely applicable in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food processing, dyes, plastics, building materials, and other related fields. The machine combines stirring and crushing functions to promote rapid and thorough mixing of different raw materials within a relatively short processing cycle, supporting efficient and consistent preparation of powder coating formulations.

The High Speed Mixer is available in several models, including YHJ-150B, YHJ-300B, YHJ-400B, YHJ-600B, and YHJ-1200B, providing a broad selection for different production requirements. The output range covers approximately 100-1200 kg per batch, while loading volumes range from 150 L to 1200 L. The YHJ-600B provides an output of approximately 500-600 kg per batch, while the YHJ-1200B can reach 800-1200 kg per batch, making the series suitable for higher-volume material processing.

The mixing time is adjustable from 3-15 minutes, allowing operators to set the processing cycle according to material characteristics and production requirements. Different models are equipped with different stirring and crushing motor configurations. For example, the YHJ-1200B is equipped with a 37 kW stirring motor and two 7.5 kW crusher motors, providing substantial driving power for larger material loads. The material-contacting parts are made of SS304 stainless steel, providing a practical material-contact surface for powder processing applications.

With its multiple model options, adjustable mixing cycle, and combined stirring and crushing functions, the High-Speed Mixer can be configured according to different production capacities and processing requirements. Its larger loading volume and relatively short mixing cycle make it suitable for efficient pre-mixing of powder coating raw materials before subsequent processing. The effective volume of the premixer is 300kg-1200kg/tank, and the part of contact with materialis 304 stainless steel. The interior part is polished and the cover has a boost when it is opened(or pneumatic lifting)
