PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

Fan Type Cooling Belt is a continuous conveying equipment adopting natural convection fan cooling, mainly for rapid cooling and conveying of powder coating extrudates.

It continuously cools high-temperature materials via cooling fans, quickly bringing down material temperature for subsequent crushing and milling processes. Ideal for powder coating production lines requiring high cooling efficiency and continuous production capacity.

The fan type cooling belt features modular cooling structure with VFD variable-frequency speed control, for flexible adjustment of conveying speed and cooling performance. Different specifications are equipped with different numbers of fans to realize matched cooling capacity according to equipment length, throughput and actual process. Made of stainless steel for longtime continuous industrial operation.
