Cold Air Type Cooling Belt

Cold Air Type Cooling Belt is a continuous cooling equipment with chilled-water heat exchanger forced refrigeration, used for rapid cooling, solidification and conveying of powder coating extrudates.

Compared with ordinary cooling modes, Cold Air Type Cooling Belt produces low-temperature cold air for stable material cooling. Perfect for projects with strict requirements on cooling temperature and effect, and for production in high-temperature regions.

Adopting combined cooling-roll and cooling-unit structure, it converts hot extrudates into solid sheet materials fit for crushing. Cooling capacity can be adjusted by model to match different-scale production.
