Steel Strip Cooling Belt

Steel Strip Cooling Belt is industrial-grade equipment for continuous cooling, solidification and conveying of powder coating extrudates. It uses steel strip as conveying surface with inner-side water spray cooling. Hot molten materials are cooled continuously on the steel strip and turned into solid sheets for subsequent crushing.

Steel strip cooling belt is equipped with independent cooling-water spray and circulation system for stable cooling effect. Different models can be fitted with matched drive motor, cooling system and circulating water pump to meet varied throughput and cooling requirements.
