Laboratory Cooling Belt

The Laboratory Cooling Belt is designed for powder coatings R&D, laboratory trials, formulation development, and small-scale pilot production. It provides a compact cooling and flaking solution for hot extruded raw materials, allowing laboratory-scale formulations to be processed under controlled cooling conditions before subsequent grinding.

The unit can be used together with a laboratory extruder to cool and solidify the extrudate into a form suitable for further processing. This enables R&D teams to evaluate the behavior of different formulations throughout the extrusion and cooling stages and provides a practical link between laboratory extrusion and downstream grinding.

Laboratory cooling belt includes the YPJ-32 and YPJ-1.5-3 models, with approximate capacities of 30 kg/h and 40–60 kg/h, respectively. The compact configuration makes the equipment suitable for laboratories and pilot production areas where installation space and processing volume are limited.

Designed for flexibility and convenient operation, the Laboratory Cooling Belt provides an efficient way to handle small quantities of extruded material without requiring a full-scale production cooling system.
